Good Sounding Friday Night

Hey Orchestra!

Thanks for a relatively full, and good sounding rehearsal tonight gang! This should also have been our last rehearsal downstairs. On Tuesday, we still will be separate from the cast, but we will be in the room across the hallway from the theatre doorway. (Northeast entry door, and that's up the stairs, and down the hall to the left.) Wednesday through Friday, we are on stage, with the cast.

Mark and I (and Gretchen I think) are planning to go to the midnight screening of "The Shining" at the Uptown Theatre on Saturday night (at midnight of course). Please join us and be scared! We will meet outside the Uptown Theatre at 11:45 Saturday night. HEEEERE'S JOHNNY!!!!!

Props Needed

Here are the props needed in one of the scenes on stage. If you can help loan these to the cast for the musical, let me know! Thanks.

• Gong, felt mallet
• Large drum
• Ratchet
• Slapstick

(I'll cross them out once they are found for the show to use.)

Next Tuesday! (April 1 is not a joke!)

Next Tuesday's rehearsal will be somewhat important to attend! Please try and be there if you can! We will be taking our group photo for the program. And the more people we have the better that shot will be! Please arrive as soon as you can and dress as you would want to be seen in the program!

Plus, the more we have at a rehearsal, the better we sound! (Even though we are still a little up in the treble clef! Please, send me any contact information for bass clef players you know that fit the unfilled instrumental parts below! Thanks!!)

Greetings everyone!

Just a quick note to welcome you to the pit orchestra for The King and I. Much more will be posted here soon to help distribute information about rehearsals, the show, and more!
